Our onsite non-critical rescue service is ideal for organisations where downtime isn’t mission-critical, allowing for a more cost-effective response within 72 working hours. At $100 per machine per visit (excluding parts), our technicians will diagnose and resolve common issues to restore your machine’s performance.
For more complex repairs, we may recommend moving the machine to our workshop for a more thorough fix. In such cases, we’ll provide a clear quote upfront—or, if work continues onsite, an additional fee may apply for extended repair time beyond the standard scope.
Terms & Considerations:
Response Time: Up to 72 working hours (weekdays, excluding public holidays)
Parts: Charged separately based on usage
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 2 working hours in advance via phone; late changes may incur charges
Warranty: Repairs and replaced parts typically come with a 2-week warranty. As 3D printers can sometimes have underlying issues that only surface over time, we’ll review and support any follow-up concerns on a case-by-case basis
Access: Customers are to ensure safe and proper access to the machine during the service visit
