Key Principles of PDPA
– **Consent:** We will obtain consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal data.
- – Purpose Limitation: We will collect, use, and disclose personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances.
- – Notification: We will notify individuals of the purposes for which their personal data is being collected, used, or disclosed.
- – Access and Correction: Individuals have the right to access and correct their personal data held by us.
- – Accuracy: We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that personal data collected is accurate and complete.
- – Protection: We will implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.
