🗓️ ≥ 7 days before workshop: 100% refund (in workshop voucher)
🗓️ < 7 days before workshop: 50% refund (in workshop voucher)
🗓️ ≤ 3 days before workshop: No refunds
🗓️ Same-day cancellation / No-show: No refunds
