DBB/CC Plywood 15mm

DBB/CC Grade Plywood is an industrial-standard utility plywood widely used in furniture carcasses, construction, and packaging. It offers a balance between structural integrity and cost-effectiveness.

Features:

• Double sided finishes
  • One side is a B-grade veneer that has been further refined. It is generally smooth and clear of large open defects, though it will feature small, neat wooden “butterfly” patches or plugs where knots were removed. It is ideal for surfaces that will be painted or hidden within a structure. It is also factory-sanded, providing a consistent thickness and a surface ready for secondary processing or priming.
  • The other side is a C-grade utility veneer. This side may have open knots, small splits, and color variations. It is strictly functional and intended for the side of the project that will not be seen.
• The cross-layered veneer core prevents warping and provides excellent screw-holding strength.
