Our onsite 24-hour rescue service is built for mission-critical situations where immediate support is essential. At $200 per machine per visit (excluding parts), our technicians will respond within 24 hours—anytime, day or night—to diagnose and resolve urgent issues and restore operations quickly.
For more complex repairs, we may recommend moving the machine to our workshop for a more thorough fix. In such cases, we’ll provide a clear quote upfront—or, if work continues onsite, an additional fee may apply for extended repair time beyond the standard scope.
Terms & Considerations:
Response Time: Within 24 hours, 24/7 including weekends and public holidays
Direct Hotline: 83658864 (WhatsApp only, available 24/7; call-backs between 8am – 6pm)
Parts: Charged separately based on usage
After-Hours Surcharge: $100 per visit for services between 9pm – 8am, including weekends (Sat & Sun)
Cancellation & Rescheduling: If a technician has been deployed within the 2-hour grace period, full payment will be charged
Warranty: Repairs and replaced parts typically come with a 2-week warranty. As 3D printers may have underlying issues that surface over time, we’ll review and support any follow-up concerns on a case-by-case basis
Access: Customers are to ensure safe and proper access to the machine during the service visit
